Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our hotel team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service to ensure our hotel facilities are always in excellent condition for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across the hotel, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are in perfect working condition.
• Lead, manage a team of maintenance staff, providing training and guidance on preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement and take prompt action to address them.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize disruption for guests and staff.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and employees.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts and equipment as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage and oversee preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Track and document all maintenance requests, repairs, and activities, keeping accurate records for future reference and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
