- Accurately reviews daily financial transactions in the general ledger, ensuring that all entries are complete and properly classified.
- Prepares month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Carefully examines invoices for accuracy, ensuring all charges are legitimate and match purchase orders.
- Maintains accurate records of payments.
