Job Summary:We are hiring an Assistant Branch Manager who will support and oversee the daily operations of poultry farms, dressing plant, and feedmill. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a solid background in poultry production to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or any related course
- At least 10 years of work experience in poultry production or farm operations
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills
- Knowledgeable in farm, dressing plant, and feedmill operations
- Willing to be assigned in either Iloilo or Cebu
