About the role
As Logistics Manager at ARC Refreshments Corporation, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods within our Quezon City-based operations. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination and management of our warehousing, storage, and distribution activities, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing, transport and logistics business.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimise supply chain operations
- Manage the warehousing, inventory, and distribution of products to meet customer demands
- Forecast and plan logistics requirements, including transportation and storage needs
- Oversee the performance of third-party logistics providers and negotiate favourable contracts
- Monitor and analyse key logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of logistics professionals
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or warehousing industry
- Proven track record of optimising logistics operations and implementing cost-saving measures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supply chain issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of logistics management software and data analysis tools
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
