Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer at DBC Homes in Iloilo City. The Production Engineer is accountable for a variety of responsibilities, including the creation of weekly and monthly project reports, the management of schedules, the leadership and motivation of team members, the assurance of quality control, and the analysis of costs to accommodate project financial budgets.
Salary Range: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a license.
- Experience in land development and housing projects is beneficial.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of engineering technology, building construction, and design.
- Skilled in using CAD Software and proficient in cost and material estimation.
- Demonstrated ability in effectively managing personnel and material resources.
- Exhibits strong project management skills.
