Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned structural engineering projects.
- Interact with clients by interpreting their needs and requirements and representing them on-site.
- Perform quality control on budgets, schedules, plans, and project deliverables; regularly report on project status.
- Coordinate closely with the Construction Manager and other project stakeholders to improve efficiency and ensure smooth project execution.
- Review engineering works and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop specifications for project equipment and materials related to structural works.
- Evaluate and validate contractors’ progress billings and accomplishments.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, policies, and specifications.
- Monitor site implementation to ensure adherence to approved plans and construction methodology.
- Licensed Civil Engineer or graduate of a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience in structural works, rebars, formworks and concreting
- With experience in pile driving
- With experience in High Rise projects
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design or visualization software.
- Excellent project management, supervision, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in structural design standards, construction codes, policies, and best practices.
