Position to be Filled: HOST OPERATIONS OFFICER

Job Description:

• The Host Operations Officer is responsible for assisting Casino VIP guests during their visit to Newport World Resorts.

• Expat candidates must possess a High School diploma. Philippine passport holders must have a completed at least 2 years in College. Graduate of Senior High School can be considered at least at 2 years in College. Graduate of Senior High School can be considered.
• Must have at least one year of relevant experience in the hospitality and gaming industry.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required language is Korean.
• Confident in dealing with VIP's and has a pleasing, youthful personality.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in PC applications such as Google Workspace.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of building strong working relationships and effectively interacting with diverse individuals.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Able to stay focused and work in a structured manner.
• Comfortable working independently or within a team.
• Flexible to work on varying shifts and time schedules and exposure to a smoking environment.
