About the role

As a Customer Service Representative in the Provider Services team at access healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient payment processing for our healthcare clients. This full-time position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, and involves handling inbound calls and queries from providers regarding payment-related matters.

What you'll be doing
  • Respond to inbound calls from healthcare providers regarding payment posting and reconciliation
  • Research and resolve payment-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with providers
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the company's system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Provider Services team
What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
