Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in offshoring or outsourcing solutions. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Elaxis.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the offshoring landscape and a proven track record of selling B2B solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., North America, Europe, Australia).
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, outbound outreach, partnerships, and industry events.
  • Understand client needs and consult on custom offshoring solutions that align with their operational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including pitching, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding handoff.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote upselling and renewals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and global workforce strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of business development or B2B sales experience, preferably in offshoring, outsourcing, or staffing solutions.
  • Proven success in generating and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of global business operations, remote team management, and outsourcing models.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
