JOB OVERVIEW:
The CSR is a customer-focused professional responsible for delivering exceptional and timely customer service solutions to prospects and clients. This role involves engaging with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent in a positive and professional manner, demonstrating high integrity and work ethic.
Lead by example, fostering a positive company culture.
Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls professionally and engage with prospects and clients effectively.
Provide accurate and appropriate information in response to prospect and client questions.
Qualifications
Have at least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE as a CSR/Call Center Agent
Willing to work on site
American accent IS A PLUS!
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Excellent communication, phone skills, and phone etiquette.
Basic computer skills, including experience or knowledge within a CRM.
