About the role
Join the dynamic team at AJE BPO and Consulting Corporation as an Accounting Officer. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in the company's financial accounting and reporting functions.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and process various accounting transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure the integrity of the accounting system
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
- Reconcile bank accounts, perform month-end and year-end closings, and support the auditing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
