We’re looking for a driven Assistant Branch Head to help manage store operations, guide the team, and drive sales success!

Position: ASSISTANT BRANCH HEAD

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the Branch Head in overseeing daily store operations
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store productivity
  • Implement company policies, promotions, and operational standards
  • Prepare reports and coordinate with Head Office
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail or sales
  • With experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in gadgets, laptops, mobile phones, and accessories
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and sales-driven
  • Willing to learn product features and technology trends
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall hours
  • With basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills is an advantage
