We’re looking for a driven Assistant Branch Head to help manage store operations, guide the team, and drive sales success!
Position: ASSISTANT BRANCH HEAD
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist the Branch Head in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store productivity
- Implement company policies, promotions, and operational standards
- Prepare reports and coordinate with Head Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail or sales
- With experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledgeable in gadgets, laptops, mobile phones, and accessories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and sales-driven
- Willing to learn product features and technology trends
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall hours
- With basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills is an advantage

Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
