About the role

As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Getha Road Tarlac This is a project-based position that involves supporting the Store Supervisor in managing all aspects of the store's performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Store Supervisor in overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Helping to maintain inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand
Ensuring store policies, procedures, and health and safety standards are consistently followed
Monitoring and reporting on store sales, productivity, and other key performance indicators
Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
Collaborating with the team to implement merchandising and promotional strategies
Deputizing for the Store Supervisor in their absence and making decisions to ensure smooth store operations
