About the Role
We are looking for a Gaming Promotion Operations Specialist to support user growth, campaign execution, and player engagement for our online scratch card platform.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in online gaming operations, CRM, promotions, user retention, or growth marketing. You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that improve player acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall platform activity.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns including:
- Cashback Campaigns
- VIP Promotions
- Referral Programs
- Tournament & Event Campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and user behavior.
- Analyze user activity, retention, and conversion trends.
- Support CRM activities such as push notifications, SMS, and in-app campaigns.
- Track campaign KPIs including conversion rate, retention rate, gaming rate, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup and execution.
- Prepare reports and provide operational insights to improve campaign performance.
- Support daily promotion and operations-related tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in:
- Gaming Operations
- CRM Operations
- Promotion Operations
- User Operations
- Growth Marketing
- Online Marketing
- Experience in online gaming, sportsbook, entertainment, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of user retention, conversion funnels, and promotional mechanics.
- Comfortable working with reports, data tracking, and KPI monitoring.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling online campaigns or in-app promotions.
- Familiar with bonus systems, VIP programs, or gaming promotions.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
