VP of Operations (COO)

We are urgently looking for a results-driven VP of Operations or Chief Operating Officer responsible for overseeing company operations, financial and administrative functions, cross-department coordination, process improvement, strategic planning, and organizational performance to support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline; postgraduate studies are an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior leadership roles overseeing operations, finance, and support functions
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage complex workplace environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Background in the manufacturing industry is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing workflows, identify competency or training gaps, and implement process improvements
• Establish departmental objectives and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management
• Act on behalf of the Chairman in addressing operational and client-related matters
• Assess organizational issues, analyze possible solutions, and recommend actions to the Chairman
• Facilitate coordination and collaboration among departments
• Supervise administrative functions including recruitment, employee assignments, disciplinary actions, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the operations budget and coordinate with the CFO to monitor and manage costs
