Urgently Hiring! Travel and Admin Coordinator (Japanese Company · Mandaue, Cebu)

• Build and coordinate detailed tour schedules and itineraries
• Liaise with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders on logistics
• Manage ticket arrangements, bookings, and travel documentation
• Monitor and update domestic travel destination information
• Provide admin support across the operations team
• Assist during holidays and weekends when needed

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating is an advantage
• Strong monitoring, coordination, and follow-through skills
• Clear communicator — written and verbal English
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets
• Knowledgeable about Cebu and domestic travel destinations
• Can start as soon as possible
