Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting is an advantage
- Strong Knowledge of Philippines Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Familiarity with government reporting requirements (BIR,SSS,Philhealth, and other regulatory agencies)
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
