A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you will support outbound sales activity, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline development. You will help the sales team generate opportunities, move deals forward, and deliver consistent revenue support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Outbound Sales Activity - Contact prospects, existing customers, or assigned accounts through calls, emails, and follow-ups. Support lead generation, account penetration, customer outreach, and sales campaigns. Create interest by understanding customer needs and positioning relevant products or services.
- Pipeline and Opportunity Support - Help generate, qualify, and convert sales opportunities from assigned accounts or lead sources. Follow up with urgency on inbound leads, warm prospects, and customer requests. Support the sales cycle from initial contact to next step, handoff, or closure depending on account requirements.
- CRM and Team Coordination - Document customer communications, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and deal progress. Meet sales activity, quality, productivity, and revenue-related targets.
- At least 1 year of BPO, call center, customer service, outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, or account support experience.
- Strong English communication skills for customer calls, emails, and sales follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, customer outreach, and CRM documentation.
- Positive, flexible, and motivated to learn sales processes and product positioning.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas on mid shift, night shift, or shifting schedules.
