Two (2) Full-Time positions are available for Medical Sales Representatives based in the MANILA-PASAY-MAKATI area.
Two (2) Full-Time Product Specialist positions are available.

Our MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE is part of a dynamic and talented group, which we consider the lifeblood of our Company.A MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE'S key responsibility is to promote the Company's products and maintain their client accounts. The position, which is comprised mostly of fieldwork, includes conducting client calls/coverage to promote the Company's product groups and maintaining and developing accounts.
Our Product Specialist is an integral part of a dynamic and talented team, which we consider the lifeblood of our company.Role Description:
The Product Specialist should have a degree in allied health or life sciences. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include mastering product knowledge, conducting presentations and training sessions, developing promotional materials, creating market opportunities, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the healthcare market.
Responsibilities:- Study and deepen knowledge of product specialization, especially specifications and operations.
- Develop and deliver high-quality product presentations, training, and demonstrations for the sales team, dealers, and key customers.
- Create promotional materials and define necessary promotional activities for product specialization.
- Identify new market opportunities for products and continuously build relationships with external stakeholders.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling product demonstrations and closely follow up on projects in collaboration with other departments.
- Conduct market research, supported by ongoing visits to both customers and potential customers for product evaluations.
- Research and keep updated on the latest trends in the healthcare market.
Qualifications/Requirements
MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE candidates must:- Be persuasive, aggressive, and result-oriented.
- Be interested in a career in Sales or have experience in Sales.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in medical sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Be a graduate of any 4-year course in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related medical field
- Be willing to work in the assigned territory (Manila-Pasay-Makati area)
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Medical or Allied Health.
- Preference will be given to graduates from Nursing or Medical Technology programs.
- Ideally, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the medical device or equipment industry.
- Strong ability to conduct presentations and training on clinical information and product knowledge.
- Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze people and situations; a customer-oriented mindset is essential.
- Must be able to work independently while also being a motivated and enthusiastic team player.
- Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork.
