Service Crew - Four E-com, Mall of Asia

We are building our brand from the ground up and are looking for passionate, driven, and service-oriented individuals to join us as Service Crew for our Four-Ecom branch. Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Recommend menu items and add-ons to enhance the customer experience
• Handle payments (cashless and/or cash) and issue receipts correctly
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to standard recipes and portion guidelines
• Ensure all food is well-presented and meets quality and safety standards
• Replenish ingredients, condiments, and supplies during operations

• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, including counters, equipment, and utensils
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Dispose of waste properly in accordance with regulations

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, restocking, and basic inventory checks
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or equipment issues
• Receive, check, and organize deliveries

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct at all times

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
• Good communication skills; conversational English is preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in customer interactions
• Passion for food, service, and delivering excellent guest experiences

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
