Job Description

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budget and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on geotechnical projects or infrastructure projects involving instrumentation and monitoring.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, instrumentation techniques, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
