Job Description
Posted on 19 June 2026- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules to optimize project execution and resource allocation.
- Overseeing operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and allocate personnel, equipment and materials.
- Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and regularly visit construction site to monitor progress.
- 20+ years of project experience working in the Japanese construction industry required.
- Must be proficient in written and verbal communication in Japanese language
- Proficient with MS Office suites, exposure to schedule softwares.
- Knowledge of Engineering and experience with projects in many countries.
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6 and Civil 3D softwares.
