Marketing Intern: Customer Experience

Intern's responsibilities will include:
Customer Experience:
- Research customer experience best practices in the energy and utility sector;
- Develop a CX framework based on findings (journey stages, touchpoints, and KPIs);
- Draft survey questions aligned with recognized CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES).
Leads Generation:
- Conduct market research on key industries (ex. manufacturing, commercial, hospitals) to identify energy consumption trends and target companies;
- Create a research-based lead segmentation (ex. sector, region, and energy intensity).
Leads Qualification:
- Study and develop a qualification matrix (BANT, CHAMP, or customized);
- Research Competitors’ lead acquisition strategies and benchmarks;
- Prepare a qualification criteria document and apply it to prospect lists.
- Open to Management Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or other Business-related courses
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in research and data analytics;
- Interest in the power industry is a plus.
