Posted on 6 May 2025- Calculating and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring data integrity
- Handling payroll inquiries and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing and filing payroll-related reports and documents
- Assisting with the implementation of payroll policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the Finance and HR teams to ensure a seamless payroll process
- Minimum 1-2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in the Accounting/Payroll industry
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing business needs
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee inquiries
- Proficiency in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
