Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our Legal Team in handling documentation, compliance, and administrative legal functions. The role involves assisting in the preparation of legal documents, monitoring case progress, and ensuring proper organization of legal records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, notices, and memoranda
  • Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation for efficient tracking and retrieval
  • Monitor and update the status of legal cases, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (e.g., government agencies, legal counsel)
  • Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information for legal matters
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and other documentation required by the Legal Team
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field
  • At least 1 year of paralegal or legal/compliance experience is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, provided with strong internship experience with hands-on exposure (e.g., drafting contracts, agreements, legal documents — not purely observational)
  • Open to graduate students, provided that academic commitments will not affect work schedule and deliverables
  • Preferably with exposure in real estate, property management, or corporate legal environment
  • Familiarity with government transactions (e.g., SEC, BIR, Registry of Deeds) is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract for a period of four (4) months
