MEPF SUPERVISOR
Main Functions:
- Responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a building or facility.
- Directs and supervises the work of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed according to project requirements and specifications.
- Manages and motivates the MEP team, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinates work schedules, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Oversees the maintenance and repair of MEP systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions.
- Interprets blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to understand the requirements of MEP systems.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as MEPF Supervisor or head
- Strong technical knowledge, leadership and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency, including software relevant to MEPF design and management.
