Receiving stocks on time from supplier
Prepares and monitors items for disposal
Creates receiving and disposal reports
Inter-Depot TransferChecks outgoing stocks to stores and inter-island shipment
Ensures FEFO/FIFO of stocks
Checks accuracy of data indicated in Delivery ReceiptScrap Sales / Disposal
Prepares documents of items for disposal
Monitors the sales of scrap
InventoryMonitors and ensures inventory accuracy of web system inventory versus actual
Handles e-workers to prepare the items request of production or for shipment
Assists during inventory count and reconciliation
Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisor regarding ageing, slow moving, critical and out of stocks
Qualifications/Requirements
4 year course graduate - Business course and ITFresh Graduates and no work experience are welcome to apply
With experience in warehouse set up is a plus
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Knowledgeable in excel or any spreadsheet applications
