Architect
An architect designs, plans, and oversees the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with regulations.
A valid Philippine architecture licence is required at the time of hire.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Planning: Architects meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, then develop creative and practical design concepts. They create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and plans using software like AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring the design balances functionality, aesthetics, and structural integrity.
Project Management: Architects coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to manage timelines, budgets, and resources. They monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure the project meets quality standards.
Experience working on any building type construction projects is required.
Construction Oversight: Regular site visits allow architects to verify that construction aligns with plans, approve materials, and make necessary adjustments. They ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Client Communication: Architects present design options, explain technical details, and incorporate client feedback throughout the project. They act as trusted advisors, guiding clients from concept to completion.
