About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Generate sales through walk-in customers, referrals, online inquiries, and field prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and financing options.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and necessary sales documentation.
- Coordinate with financing, insurance, and after-sales departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in marketing activities, showroom events, and product launches.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, competitors, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
- Experience in automotive sales is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Goal-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
