Admin Assistant

The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to the North and Central Luzon Sales team, full administrative work, and other sales related projects required by Immediate Superior.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Visayas Sales Team
- Monitoring of documents for routing and approval to departments involved
- Coordination with support teams to ensure all necessary requirements are provided
- Documentation and dissemination of minutes of all Visayas Meetings
- Monitor, consolidate, process
- Custodian of all Visayas Sales documents
- Ensuring availability of all office tools, equipment, TSM tools of trade
- Assist in addressing customers' concerns, inquires, and follow-ups
- Support internal and external sales events in terms of status monitoring updates
- Submit reports and other documentation required by Immediate Superiors, support team
- Completion of other tasks and special projects assigned by Immediate Superiors.
Education: Graduate of any course (Not limited to business course)
Experience: With at least 1 to 2 years experience in administrative and people management responsibilities, and experience in customer service or sales related admin work is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Data entry skills, reporting skills, administrative writing skills, understanding the customer, customer focus, informing others, self-development, attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork
- Microsoft office skills is a must
