Healthcare Actuarial Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and contract analysis to support reimbursement and payer strategy.
• Evaluate value-based payment programs and monitor performance outcomes.
• Prepare forecasts, reconciliations, audits, and performance reports.
• Develop analytical models, reporting tools, and data-driven recommendations.
• Present insights to stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance, analytics, managed care, or consulting.
• Experience with value-based reimbursement, contract performance, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
