Social Media Handler

About the role

• Developing and executing social media content strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
• Creating and curating high-quality, compelling content that resonates with our target audience
• Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries, comments, and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner
• Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing insights to inform future strategy and content planning
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize our digital presence

• 2+ years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role, preferably within the Digital & Search Marketing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices for content optimization
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive measurable results
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong time management skills
• Must possess valid work rights in the Philippines
