HR STAFF- EMPLOYEE RELATION SPECIALIST

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Staff - Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team at WRN Health Incorporated. This full-time role will be based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, and will play a key role in managing employee relations and supporting our growing workforce.

1. Providing guidance and support to employees on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary issues, grievances, and workplace policies
2. Conducting investigations into employee complaints and disputes, and recommending appropriate resolutions
3. Collaborating with managers to address employee relations concerns and implement effective people management strategies
4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities
5. Assisting with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
6. Staying up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensuring the company's HR practices are compliant
7. Participating in HR projects and initiatives as required

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an employee relations or HR generalist role, preferably in the healthcare industry
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues
4. Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and the ability to apply them in a practical and pragmatic manner
5. Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
