About the role

QSTI-QUALITEST SOLUTIONS & TECHNOLOGIES, INC.' is seeking an experienced HR Staff to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As an HR Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our people-focused initiatives and ensuring the seamless administration of human resources functions within our organisation.

• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and orientations
• Maintaining employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Processing payroll, benefits, and leave-related requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Providing support for employee relations, including addressing queries and resolving any workplace issues
• Coordinating and assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organisational development and employee engagement efforts
• Staying up-to-date with HR best practices and compliance requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using HR software, spreadsheets, and other relevant technologies
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve HR-related issues
• Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements in the Philippines
• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
