About the role

Hightower Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in our Paranaque City office. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless customer service. As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties that will contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and customer accounts
• Handling inquiries and providing high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective cross-functional communication
• Performing general office duties such as data entry, filing, and inventory management

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Proven ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
