Admin assistant

Responsibilities:
- Handles all payments related to Z T E Philippines Inc. office, Apartments / condominiums, Dinner House
- Prepares and monitors contracts of lease for Apartments, Service Vehicles Agency/company and Office
- Arrangement / Allocation of Service vehicles for employees
- Responsible for making the payments on time
- Coordination with vendors/service providers verbally, via e-mails, or formal letters regarding building rental agreements, payment issues, etc.
- Handling of petty cash
- Preparing of monthly budget request for all above payments
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Business / Office Management or equivalent
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably in a telecommunications company.
- Has a high sense of integrity, self-discipline and is able to carry out tasks once assigned without reminding.
- Self-starter and keen to details.
- Willing to work on extended hours
- Ability to speak in Mandarin is a PLUS but not a requirement
