Responsibilities:

  1. Handles all payments related to Z T E Philippines Inc. office, Apartments / condominiums, Dinner House
  2. Prepares and monitors contracts of lease for Apartments, Service Vehicles Agency/company and Office
  3. Arrangement / Allocation of Service vehicles for employees
  4. Responsible for making the payments on time
  5. Coordination with vendors/service providers verbally, via e-mails, or formal letters regarding building rental agreements, payment issues, etc.
  6. Handling of petty cash
  7. Preparing of monthly budget request for all above payments

Qualifications:

  1. A graduate of Business / Office Management or equivalent
  2. Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably in a telecommunications company.
  3. Has a high sense of integrity, self-discipline and is able to carry out tasks once assigned without reminding.
  4. Self-starter and keen to details.
  5. Willing to work on extended hours
  6. Ability to speak in Mandarin is a PLUS but not a requirement
