HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (HR)

Work Location:

• Unit 2, 3, 4 & 6 #573 V. Albano St., Barangay Maguikay, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
• With or without experience (HR experience is an advantage)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law is an advantage
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to keep confidential information
• Professional, respectful, and approachable
• Assertive and firm in implementing company policies, addressing issues and enforcing rules professionally
• Fair and unbiased in handling employee concerns
• Responsible, proactive, and dependable
• Can work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment process (post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews)
• Prepare and complete onboarding requirements of new employees
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and records
• Monitor attendance, leave credits, and timekeeping
• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time (salary, overtime, deductions, incentives).
• Compute and process government contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Ensure timely remittance of government-mandated benefits
• Handle employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues
• Help implement company policies and disciplinary actions
• Assist in performance evaluation of employees
• Organize company meetings and employee activities
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws
