As part of this, we are looking for a Creative Manager to lead our creative vision, drive brand strategy, and deliver impactful campaigns across all channels.

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative instinct for fashion, luxury, and cultural trends, who can translate these into relevant and high-impact campaigns.

Job Summary

Lead the creative direction and execution of campaigns, branding, and content across all channels, ensuring strong brand consistency and business impact.

Qualifications
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City (Preferably residing in Makati or nearby areas).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of creative experience, including leadership or senior-level roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and execution excellence (portfolio submission required).
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and campaigns.
  • Experience working with global or multi-market brands is an advantage.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of fashion and luxury trends, particularly in eyewear and accessories.
  • Highly aware of current influencers, creators, and digital trends, with the ability to translate these into effective campaigns.
  • Strong creative instinct and taste level, with a keen eye for premium and luxury branding.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and lifestyle, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to evolving consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development
  • Lead end-to-end creative development for campaigns from concept to execution and delivery.
  • Approve and finalize campaign decks, visuals, and storytelling direction.
  • Oversee photoshoots, asset production, and timely delivery of creative materials.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide post-campaign insights aligned with business results.
  • Lead and execute major campaigns across the year.
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends, cultural moments, and influencer movements to strengthen campaign relevance and impact.
Brand Strategy & Governance
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including retail, e-commerce, and social media.
  • Provide regular brand audits and feedback to internal teams.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects a premium, fashion-forward, and luxury brand positioning.
E-Commerce & Digital Creative Direction
  • Ensure consistency across platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora).
  • Lead content ideation aligned with brand direction.
  • Approve and release digital assets within agreed timelines.
  • Develop campaign templates and creative pegs.
  • Recommend and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators aligned with brand direction.
Sub-Brand & Product Creative Direction
  • Oversee creative direction for sub-brands including product design and launches.
  • Ensure alignment across retail, visual merchandising, and digital channels.
  • Support launch strategies and campaign rollouts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers and creatives.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance coaching.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and external partners.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
