Learning and Development Specialist

What you'll be doing
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across the organisation
- Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula and learning initiatives tailored to the specific needs of different departments and roles
- Design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to effectively deliver learning content
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the Jiang Nan Hotpot culture
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to drive innovation within the company
- Preferably has Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Experience is an advantage but not required
- Must be willing to learn
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of learning management systems to track and measure training outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in using Canva and Microsoft Office
