Job Summary
The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, support career growth, and align with organizational objectives. This role partners with business leaders to identify capability gaps, develop effective learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
The position also supports onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps across departments.
- Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Manage training logistics, documentation, and post-training evaluations.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that support employee integration and engagement.
- Support performance management initiatives, including KPIs, competency assessments, and development plans.
- Organize employee engagement, wellness, and team-building activities.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment, candidate assessment, and selection processes.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with HR and audit requirements.
- Prepare monthly training and development reports, including program effectiveness and ROI metrics.
- Administer training bond agreements and Training Service Agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, connect with, and effectively influence diverse audiences in a training environment.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8:00AM - 6:00PM)
Friday - (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
