Salesman (Lubao, Pampanga)

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell products.
• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure product availability and proper visibility at retail points.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team.
• Implement sales promotions, offers, and marketing activities at the retail level.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a sales and distribution company.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, mobile apps, CRM tools).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role with frequent travel within assigned territory.
• May require early morning starts and occasional weekend work.
