KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (AIR CARGO)

Basak, Mactan International Airport, Lapu-lapu City

As a Key Account Executive (Air Cargo), you will actively seek new sales opportunities, deliver product presentations, analyze fares, coordinate promotions, conduct market research, and maintain agency relations. We are in the lookout for individuals with strong communication and presentation skills and a proactive team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The employee will:

  • Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through agency visits
  • Prepares and delivers appropriate product and market presentations
  • Creates reviews and reports regarding fares and competitor fares
  • Coordinates with the team to discuss special promotions
  • Conducts market research with competitors to identify selling possibilities and evaluates customer needs
  • Maintains good relations on permanent basis with agents and answers all queries of accounts assigned

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Has at least 1-2 years' experience in an airline industry, specifically in Air Cargo
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates strong sales acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close opportunities
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strategic and organized, with strong attention to detail in managing client requirements and sales processes
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to perform effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem-solver with sound judgment and initiative
  • Reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over targets and deliverables
  • Comfortable with daily sales outreach, including client calls, visits, and follow-ups
  • Must be based in Cebu City and willing to be assigned at Mactan-Cebu International Airport
