ROLE SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative – Retail Account will assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, purchases, returns, exchanges, and general retail support. You will ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience by providing accurate information and resolving concerns efficiently.
This role is ideal for candidates searching for retail account jobs in Cebu City, call center jobs in the Philippines, and career opportunities for applicants with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to retail products and services
- Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer shopping experience
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO or call center experience
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Onsite work setup
- Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Paid training provided from Day 1
