We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and providing accurate information through phone, email, or chat.
You will ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally while meeting quality and performance standards.
Qualifications- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required (depending on the account)
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Can start as soon as possible
