URGENT HIRING: ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Cebu-Based Only)

We are urgently looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing team in Cebu. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills — and must be a Cebu resident.

Scope of Work

The Accounting Manager will oversee the entire accounting operation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes. The role covers financial reporting, general accounting, cost management, budgeting, internal control, and statutory compliance.

You will be responsible for leading the accounting team, managing audits, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting management in strategic decision-making through timely and accurate financial information.

Core Functions

Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and inventory accounting.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on business performance.

Develop and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external partners.

Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting management (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries).

Must be a Cebu resident.
