JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the implementation of Employee Relations and discipline procedures aligned with company policies and standards
- Manages the end‑to‑end Positive Discipline process for Rank‑and‑File employees, including receiving and validating reported violations, conducting initial review and fact‑finding, preparing Notices to Explain (NTE), and scheduling administrative meetings
- Handles admin queries, conducts admin investigations, and participates in admin hearings to clarify facts, gather evidence, and document proceedings
- Prepares the Notice of Decision (NOD) for resolved cases and serves the NOD to employees through proper and documented channels
- Reviews NTEs and Disciplinary Actions prepared by other sections to ensure accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance
- Maintains an updated and organized ER case database, ensuring proper monitoring, documentation, and retrieval of records
- Prepares and serves End of Contract (EOC) notices for Fixed-Term and Probationary employees based on validated performance evaluations and Section/Department recommendation
- Manages the clearance process for separating employees, ensuring timely completion of all requirements in line with company procedures
- Conducts Exit Interviews for Staff-level employees and documents feedback for analysis and reporting
- Analyzes ER case data to identify trends, root causes, and recurring issues affecting employee relations or retention
- Provides recommendations and countermeasures to improve HR policies, streamline processes, and enhance employee experience and work environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Case Handling, or HR Operations
- Familiarity with labor standards and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent written communication for reports, summaries, and notices
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with objectivity and fairness
