We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Admin to support our US-based team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in US staffing and onboarding, who is comfortable working night shifts and collaborating with international teams.

• Job Description:

As an US HR Admin, your role will focus on supporting HR and recruitment operations for our US team. You will assist with onboarding, preparing offers, managing admin tasks, and working closely with US managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles
• Help prepare offer letters and gather pre-employment requirements
• Support onboarding tasks, ensuring employee documentation is complete and organized
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain employee records and assist with basic HR data entry and reporting
• Handle day-to-day administrative HR tasks (file organization, database updates, etc.)
• Liaise with the US HR team for training, guidance, and process alignment
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data

✅ Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, preferably in US staffing or recruitment support
• Familiarity with onboarding and basic HR documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working night shift (aligned with US hours)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Eagerness to learn and grow in an international HR environment
