CHIEF CURRENCY/SECURITIES OPERATIONS OFFICER (GOV)

Job Description

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the company’s Value-Added Services (VAS) business, ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative, scalable, and profitable digital services to telecom partners and end-users.
• This executive will oversee all operational departments—including service delivery, technology, customer experience, and product operations—while driving cross-functional alignment to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
• The COO will also be tasked with enhancing internal processes, managing key partnerships with telecom operators and content providers, and ensuring regulatory and commercial compliance across all markets.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications, VAS, or digital services.
• with at least 5 years in a senior operational or executive role.
• Strong understanding of mobile network operations, VAS platforms, content services, and telecom ecosystems
• Familiarity with telecom technologies, digital transformation tools, KPIs, operational metrics, and financial reports.
