The Opportunity
Valor Global, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Real Time Analyst to join our dynamic team in Binan City Laguna. As a Real Time Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimising our call centre operations, ensuring superior customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor call centre metrics and performance indicators in real-time
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimise customer impact
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve call handling, staffing, and other processes
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to optimise schedules and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance trends
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to company standards
- Provide coaching and support to call centre agents to enhance their skills and productivity
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of call centre operations and procedures
- 3-5 years of experience in a call centre or customer service operations role, with a strong background in real-time data analysis and performance optimisation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of workforce management tools and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Familiarity with call centre metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices
