About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Open to College graduates and undergraduates
- With 0 to 6 months of BPO experience
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work on-site in both Taguig and Mandaluyong
